Fabian Mrozek joins Forest Green Rovers on loan
Liverpool goalkeeper Fabian Mrozek has left the club on a season-long loan deal to Forest Green Rovers.
Both Liverpool and Forest Green Rovers confirmed the move on Tuesday evening, with Liverpool announcing the deal on their official website.

The 21-year-old Polish shot-stopper has been with Liverpool since August 2020, when he joined from Polish side FC Wroclaw. He extended his contract with The Reds in the summer of 2024.
Mrozek has represented Poland at youth level and has been named in Liverpool’s matchday squad multiple times, including for Europa League fixtures against Royale Union Saint-Gilloise and Sparta Prague last season.

In the second half of 2023, he gained valuable first-team experience with Swedish side Brommapojkarna, but only played five games in four months, conceding 12 goals.
Mrozek joins Forest Green Rovers after Bristol Rovers recalled Jed Ward on Monday, who had been serving as the club’s first-choice goalkeeper this season.

He has yet to make his senior debut for Liverpool, and it may take some time before that happens. The club has secured Georgian goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili, who will join the squad after the season. Additionally, there are high expectations for Viteszlav Jaros (23) and Kornel Misciur (17), while Caiomhin Kelleher is expected to leave the club.
