Christian Eriksen leaves Manchester United on a free transfer
Christian Eriksen has been part of Manchester United since the summer of 2022 when he joined the club on a free transfer. The midfielder signed a three-year contract set to expire this summer, but he could already be on his way out.
Renowned journalist Dean Jones reports that United manager Rúben Amorim has made a U-turn and is now willing to let Eriksen leave the club for free before the transfer window closes on Monday.

Amorim reshaping the squad
Manchester United have already allowed Antony to leave on loan to Real Betis, and more departures could follow. Meanwhile, Danish talent Patrick Dorgu is close to joining the club.
According to Jones, Eriksen has likely played his last game for Manchester United. The club is prepared to let him go without a transfer fee, despite six months remaining on his contract.
