Liverpool secured a 2-0 away win against an in-form Bournemouth, with Mohamed Salah netting both goals. His first came from the penalty spot, while the second was a trademark finish from the Egyptian winger.

The result puts The Reds at the top of the Premier League table, six points ahead of Arsenal in second place.
However, in the second half, Trent Alexander-Arnold unexpectedly sat down on the pitch, clearly struggling with an injury. Post-match reports confirmed that he had picked up a minor thigh issue.

Ruled Out Against Tottenham
Fortunately, the injury is not as serious as initially feared. The England international is only expected to miss a few days of action.

To avoid the risk of aggravation, Alexander-Arnold will not feature in Thursday’s Carabao Cup match against Tottenham. The Lilywhites travel to Anfield with a 1-0 lead from the first leg.
